How much does it cost?
We're in early access. Plans start at free (20 answered calls per month) and go up to higher-volume tiers. Early-access businesses lock in introductory rates for life. No setup fees, no long-term contracts.
How do I connect my WhatsApp Business number?
You need a verified WhatsApp Business Account with Meta's Calling API enabled. We walk you through Meta's verification (typically 3–5 business days on their side) and configure your account end to end. No code, no DIY.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes — including Khaleeji dialect. Your greeting can be Arabic, English, or a mix. The transcript matches whichever language the caller actually spoke.
What happens to the recordings? Is my customer data safe?
Transcription runs on our own servers. Your customer's voice is never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any third-party AI service. Audio is encrypted at rest, retained only as long as you need it, and deleted on request. We will sign a DPA if your industry requires it.
What counts as a missed call?
If your team doesn't pick up within about ten seconds, we step in. The customer hears your greeting instead of dropping into a dead line. Every ring-out becomes a captured message.
Can I turn it off during business hours?
Yes. Run it always-on, only after hours, or only on specific weekdays. Configure per-day schedules — for example, open Sunday to Thursday 9 to 6, and let Radd handle weekends, evenings, and prayer time.
What if the AI mis-transcribes or fails?
You always get the original audio attached to every message, not just the text. If the transcript looks off, listen in one tap. We treat transcription as a convenience layer on top of the recording, never a replacement for it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long contracts, no setup fees, no penalty for leaving. We earn your business call by call.
